台北市長柯文哲8日赴凱達格蘭學校國家領導與發展策略班，主講「2050城市願景」。柯文哲指出，台灣都講成功率，但是創投就是要建立一個不怕失敗的環境。相較於美國的創投環境和風氣，柯文哲認為，台灣青年創業跟家人借錢，倒閉就不敢回家，美國創投環境是失敗，笑笑就好。

柯文哲指出，人類的創新都在矽谷，台灣在蓋亞洲矽谷，但不是蓋個大樓就變矽谷，矽谷會成功有他的原因，例如全世界最叛逆的學校就是柏克萊大學，美國第網購人氣產品一個承認同性戀的城市是舊金山。他強調，「創新很重要地方就是自由」。

柯文哲說，他2014年曾經拜訪美國史丹佛大學負責創投的人，那個人說台灣弄創投沒有用，因為台灣都在講提高成功率，但創投是要建立一個不怕失敗的環境。產業局長曾向柯文哲報告市府輔導新創產業，存活率達到95%，但被他罵一頓，因為創投存活率這麼高不是創投，創投存活率不會超過10%。

柯文哲說，「失敗才是常態、成功是例外，地球現存的生物品種遠比消失的還少，會活下來的是少數。」很多公司不要一直想成功，要先建立不怕失敗的環境，矽谷成功的秘訣就是建立失敗也不會怎樣的環境。

他也指出，台灣年輕人創業，先跟媽媽、阿姨借錢，倒閉不敢回家，美國創投環境是失敗笑笑就好；柯文哲說，大家要想想台灣相對於華人世界的優勢是什麼？他認為創新是台灣的出路。

速霸陸今年重點新車-全新Impreza，趕在上市前安排媒體密集試駕造勢，實際感受該廠在駕馭研發上的進步。

趕在新車上市前，搶先試駕全新改款日本原裝SUBARU Impreza 1.6i-S轎車版。造型上雖還是維持其肌力跑格調性，但銳利新款頭燈及低伸六邊形水箱罩，使得整車改得更帥氣動感，走在路上想不引人注意都難。

試駕車屬頂級型，人體工學內裝豪華飽滿，舉凡8向電動調整駕駛座、電子駐車、雙區恆溫空調、4.2吋駕駛儀表顯示幕、6.3吋行車資訊顯示幕和8吋影音系統構成體面內裝，尤其設在前擋中央正下方6.3吋行車資訊顯示幕訊息完備，連四驅狀況都一目瞭然，說它是輛日本豪華車也不為過。

動態試駕必須嚴肅地說，全新Impreza所採最新SGP底盤平台真的好紮實，試駕車採1.6升水平對臥引擎搭配無段變速，性能數據不驚人，馬力和扭力值各達114匹及15.3公斤米，但換檔滑順無比，爬陡坡催速並不勉強。

印象深刻的是這具嶄新底盤搭配四輪獨立懸吊以及對稱式全時四驅，劇烈操駕毫不含糊，貼地性超好，車身幾無晃動，是我近年難得開過，無論高速或低速狠操卻穩健如常的平價好車。我在想，全新SUBARU Impreza應有伏筆，此車應會導入2.0升版，那更威猛了。



加拿大蒙特婁附近的購物中心上空驚傳小飛機相撞，造成駕駛1人喪生、1人受傷，所幸這起意外並未造成地面人員傷亡。

法新社報導，兩架飛機屬於賽斯納152型飛機（Cessna 152），隸屬附近卡蓋爾（Cargair）飛行學校所有。其中1架飛機墜毀在蒙特婁以東約20公里的聖布魯諾大道購物中心（Promenades Saint-Bruno mall）屋頂，另1架則掉進購物中心停車場，距主要入口只有20公尺。

兩架飛機相撞時，購物中心上空天氣晴朗穩定，根據塔台跟兩名駕駛的通話摘錄顯示，航管人員當時要求其中1人左轉「以避開交通壅塞」。

當時2架飛機正要飛往卡蓋爾飛行學校所在的聖于博（Saint-Hubert）機場，只差400公尺就能到達。加拿大運輸安全當局正在調查事故發生原因。
